Technical Parameters for Manual Decoiler

Process sketch
1) Discharge the leaves of the decoiler, then insert it into the steel coil.
2) Use the hand wheel, to expand the inner axis, make the axis tighten the inner diameter of steel coil.
4) Put on the leaves to stop the steel coil running out.
3) Release the brake of decoiler, make the coil sheet run out.
Port of Shipment: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
Port of Destination: as per customer's request.
Delivery time: if made 1 hydraulic decoiler and 5 manual decoielrs, it will take 30days.
Terms of Payment: 1) 30% for down payment by T/T; 70% for balance by T/T before shipment.
2) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.
Shipping Documents:
1) Bill of Lading, one full set;
2) Commercial invoice, triplication,
3) Packing list, triplication.
Insurance: covered by the buyer.
Acceptance Certificate:The machine acceptance test will be in the seller's workshop, at the presence of the buyer's technicians while producing.
Tested materials are at seller charge (if the buyer have special request for material, the buyer shall provide the tested material by themselves).
Once the contract standard is reached, an acceptance certificate will be signed by both parties and the machine shall be considered accepted.
Guarantee Period: 12 months after custom cleared in buyer's site.
Installation/ Assembly (optional):1) After machine arrived at destination, the seller will send 1-2 technicians to the buyer's factory to install the machine, if buyer requested.
2) Installation period: 5-7 working days.
3) The buyer needs to provide some their own workers to assist the work, meanwhile, to solve the language problem of seller's technicians. Before installation, the buyer should arrange material and hydraulic oil, and build foundation for laying out the machine.
4) In addition, the buyer pays seller's technicians travel cost outside of China (including round air fare), accommodation and food (at least three-star hotel with air condition), provides necessary communication, and insurance, and etc.
5) Installation charge: US$1,000 for one machine only; this charge should be paid before technicians leave China.
6) Alternatively, the buyer can send their technicians to the seller's workshop to learn how to install the machine.
Quality/Quantity Discrepancy:In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be filed by the buyer within 15 days after the goods arrived at the port of destination. While for the quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the buyer within 15 days after goods arrived at the port of destination. It is understood that the seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to cause for which the insurance company, shipping company and other transportation organization or port office are liable.
For Failure or Delay: In delivery of the entire or a portion of the goods under this contract in consequence of any force incidents, settled by negotiation.
Arbitration:All disputes arising from the execution of or in connection with this contract shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation, the case shall then be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, for arbitration in accordance with its provisional rules of procedure, the arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
