1.Technical Parameters for Hydraulic Decoiler
For lifting dolly (coil car)
1) Capacity: see the type of uncoiler, max. 10 tons.
2) Speed: 6m/ min.
3) Lifting Height: max. 5500mm.
4) Moving Distance: max. 3000mm.
For decoiler
1) Capacity: see the type of uncoiler, max. 5tons.
2) Inner dia: 508mm, and 610mm (gasket is required).
3) Width: max. 1500mm.
4) Center shaft adjust: max. 250mm.
5) Equipped with optical sensor, laid before decoiler, if sheet is close to sensor, it will stop releasing coil sheet; if sheet leaves sensor, the decoiler will release coil sheet.
For hydraulic
1) Max. hydraulic pressure: 16 Mpa.
2) Motor power: 10.5 KW.
3) Air pressure: 0.9 Mpa.
2.Work Flow
Fix coil to the decoiler , fix coil sheet to lifting dolly ,lifting dolly moves to decoiler , lifting dolly lifts to the same center with decoiler , lifting dolly moves more closely to arms of decoiler,expanse (coil moves to the decoiler) , lifting dolly returns,axis of decoiler rotate (coil sheet comes out).
3.Port of Shipment: Shanghai or Ningbo, China.
4.Port of Destination: as per customer's request.
5.Delivery time: if made 1 hydraulic decoiler and 5 manual decoielrs, it will take 30days.
6.Terms of Payment:
1) 30% for down payment by T/T; 70% for balance by T/T before shipment.
2) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.
7. Shipping Documents:
1) Bill of Lading, one full set;
2) Commercial invoice, triplication,
3) Packing list, triplication.
8. Insurance: covered by the buyer.
9.Acceptance Certificate:
The machine acceptance test will be in the seller's workshop, at the presence of the buyer's technicians while producing.
Tested materials are at seller charge (if the buyer have special request for material, the buyer shall provide the tested material by themselves).
Once the contract standard is reached, an acceptance certificate will be signed by both parties and the machine shall be considered accepted.
10.Guarantee Period: 12 months after custom cleared in buyer's site.
